Terms of Service
Last updated: October 8, 2025
Disclaimer: These Terms of Service are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice. HomeSoccer ("we," "us" or "our") should consult a qualified attorney licensed in its jurisdiction to review these documents before publishing them. Some of the clauses below may not apply to your specific business model.
1. Introduction
HomeSoccer ("HomeSoccer," "we," "our," or "us") provides a website and mobile application (the "Services") that publish information about soccer clubs, academies, camps, coaches, and related resources. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. We will post the updated Terms on our website and mobile app and indicate the date of the last revision. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice (such as sending an email or displaying a prominent notice within the Services). Continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
HomeSoccer is a general‑audience service, but children may use parts of the site with appropriate parental involvement. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use interactive features. If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and provide verifiable consent before you may access the Services.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information. Parents who believe their child has provided us with personal information without consent should contact us immediately at the email address in Section 10.3.
4. Account Registration and Security
Some features of the Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must use only payment methods or credentials they are authorized to use and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of their account or other security breaches.
5. Use of the Services
5.1 Informational Purpose Only — No Endorsement
HomeSoccer provides informational content about soccer‑related organisations, coaches, camps, and other resources. We publish schedules, locations, contact information, reviews and other materials (collectively, "Content") for convenience only. We do not guarantee that the information we present is complete, accurate or up‑to‑date, and we do not endorse or recommend any particular clubs, camps, coaches, programs or service providers.
You acknowledge that participation in soccer activities carries inherent risks, including physical injury. HomeSoccer does not organise or operate any clubs, camps or training sessions and is not responsible for any injuries, losses or damages arising from participation in any activities found through our Services. By using the Services, you accept these risks and agree that any reliance on Content is at your own risk.
5.2 Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempting to breach security or authentication measures; introducing viruses or malicious code; conducting denial‑of‑service attacks; or otherwise disrupting network services.
- Posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, offensive, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Collecting or harvesting information about other users without consent, including through automated means (e.g., bots, data scraping).
- Using the Services for commercial activities, marketing or solicitation without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including terminating accounts, restricting access and cooperating with law enforcement authorities.
5.3 User‑Generated Content
HomeSoccer may allow users to post comments, ratings, reviews, photographs or other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant HomeSoccer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, publish and display such content in connection with the Services. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and these Terms. We reserve the right to remove or moderate User Content at our discretion.
5.4 Intellectual Property
All Content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio clips, videos, and software, is owned by HomeSoccer or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual‑property laws. You may use the Services and Content for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. You may download or print Content for your own non‑commercial use provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works or publicly display any Content without prior written permission.
5.5 Third‑Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third‑party websites, products and services that are not owned or controlled by HomeSoccer. We provide these links for your convenience and do not endorse or control those websites or services. HomeSoccer is not responsible for any content, products, services or practices of third parties, and you access them at your own risk.
5.6 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Services or other users. We also reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against violators. Termination may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeSoccer provides the Services and all Content "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be error‑free, uninterrupted or secure; that defects will be corrected; or that the Services or our servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, currency, completeness or timeliness of any Content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeSoccer and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage or other losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services or any Content. In no event will HomeSoccer's total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HomeSoccer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your User Content, your misuse of the Services or your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Where permitted by law, you and HomeSoccer agree to waive the right to participate in class‑action lawsuits or class‑wide arbitration.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to reflect the parties' original intent or, if that is not possible, severed to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
10.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimers and any other legal notices or additional terms posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and HomeSoccer regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings and representations relating to the subject matter.
